The objective of setting out the data entry requirements in this document is to ensure consistency of inputs by the parents/ students when making payments to ILBC using the various payment apps available.
Consistency and completeness of information is required for the school to identify which payment is for which student. As Burmese names tend to be similar, the unique identifier is the StudentID number (which will be the key identifier for the school to reconcile if payments for tuition fees had been made).
Detailed instructions on how to input for each of the various banks’ apps (due to technical limitations by each of the bank):

AYA mBanking app allows 3 data fields for parents/ students to input their details. Hence, AYA mBanking payments must input the following data in this order:
Data Field 1 (Student ID) (maximum of 20 alphanumeric characters): [Student ID]
Data Field 2 (Student Name) (maximum of 20 alphanumeric characters): [Student Name]
Data Field 3 (Your Contact number) (maximum of 20 alphanumeric characters): Manual input of contact number to call to check on who made this payment if it cannot be reconciled.
Example for ILBC:
Data Field 1 (Student ID): 1234567890
Data Field 2 (Student Name): Name of Student
Data Field 3 (Your Contact Number): Parent’s mobile number in case ILBC needs to call to verify

KBZ app allows 6 data fields for parents/ students to input their details. Hence, parents can use the scroll-down-selector to select the correct data to help the school identify which student they are paying for:
Data Field 1 (School City): Select via drop-down selector the City e.g. Yangon, Mandalay, etc
Data Field 2 (School Name): Select via drop-down selector the Name of School.
Data Field 3 (Grade): Select via drop-down selector the Grade of the Student.
Data Field 4 (Section/Class): Select via drop-down selector the Section/Class of the Student.
Data Field 5 (Student ID): Manual input of Student ID of the Student.
Data Field 6 (Contact number): Manual input of contact number to call to check on who made this payment if it cannot be reconciled.
Example for ILBC:

Note: KBZ mBanking app is a different app from KBZ Pay app.

The KBZ mBanking app has the same 6 data fields for parents/ students to input their details.
The only difference between these two apps is that there are drop-down selectors for the KBZ Pay app, but not in the KBZ mBanking app.
Please manually type in the applicable details that apply to the student that the school fees is being paid for:
Data Field 1 (School City): Manual-input the City e.g. Yangon, Mandalay, etc
Data Field 2 (School Name): Manual-input the Name of School.
Data Field 3 (Grade): Manual-input the Grade of the Student.
Data Field 4 (Section/Class): Manual-input the Section/Class of the Student.

Data Field 3 (Student ID) (maximum of 20 alphanumeric characters): [Student ID]
The Wavemoney app will automatically inform ILBC what is the mobile number used to make the payment to ILBC, in case ILBC team needs to contact the Student / Parent to verify payment details.
